Let the fresh air in!

Fresh air can really lift your spirits. Similar to the way fresh air works to provide energy, smells and intake of oxygen allows you to feel better overall. Getting fresh air on a regular basis can help fight depressions and illness.

We circulate air in our home 15 min every day. Turn the fans on in every room, open windows, every interior door to bedrooms and bathrooms. If you would like, even your front and back door. Choose the coolest parts of the day to circulate. This frees your home from stagnant air that brings down the immune system, causes bad odors and simply put….zaps you of energy!

Time to let some sunshine in! Want to add a little extra crispness to the air? In a spray bottle, mix a little witch hazel, distilled water, lemongrass, and apple peel oil. Spray on to your return air vent filters. Smells amazing and leaves a crisp fresh scent! ( Always monitor rooms where small children or pets are. Take note of safety while airing out your home with open windows and doors.)
